From Pulp To Perfection
Responsible Sourcing of Raw Materials
We begin with the highest quality raw materials—100% virgin pulp sourced from certified, sustainable forests. This pulp, which includes a blend of wood and bamboo fibers, is carefully selected for its softness, strength, and purity to ensure superior hygiene and performance.
Precision Manufacturing
The virgin pulp is transformed into jumbo tissue rolls using advanced machinery that meets strict hygiene standards. These jumbo rolls are then converted into various finished formats—such as toilet rolls, kitchen towels, and V-fold dispenser tissues—using a combination of embossing, cutting, perforating, and rolling.
Quality Control & Packaging
Every batch goes through a rigorous quality control process to ensure consistency in softness, absorbency, and durability. We inspect for uniform texture, ply strength, and packaging integrity. Each product is then carefully packaged in Nuvel’s signature branded wraps, designed for shelf appeal and product protection.
Customization for Business Clients
